The HR Manager will support the HR Cluster Lead by providing operational HR expertise across the broad spectrum of HR activity, to support efficient and effective business operations. This role supports the country leadership team to develop strategies, plans, budgets, projects and timelines to deliver the country people and business plan. The role will be key to ensuring that the HR services provided in region are consistent with global HR policies and processes, reflect local policy framework . Assures the contract and payroll management of employees.Assures the management of training and development plans and programs in accordance with group policies and corporate guide lines.Assures salary reviews and incentive programs in accordance with budget and guide lines assured by the Corporate.Supports Branch/Company management in the definition of qualitative and quantitative needs of employees and set up of all actions and recruitment activities in order to provide the company/branch with the HR needs in short, medium and long terms.Develops and monitors industrial and trade unions relations in accordance with the group policies and according the negotiation of all contractual arrangement (collective or individual).Liaises with the Area HR Coordinator of the concerned reference geographic area.Assures the application of local laws and company procedures for work environment and safety.Promotes the development of the local content initiatives for the L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Group group, supporting Operative Companies in the definition and realisation of necessary activities.Assures efficiency, effectiveness and cost control of general services/security/IT, the contract definition and supplier control
